Personal Coaching for Long Distance, Track and Cross Country.
If your athlete is looking to improve their running skills, I may be able to help. I’m available for 1 on 1 or group coaching. My experience is in the events: road racing, track (3200 relay, 800m, 1500m, 1600m, 3000m & 3200m) and cross country.
Learn the keys to running success: Endurance, Strength, Power, Mobility, Balance, Recovery & Nutrition.
Typical session last from 60-90 minutes depending on the fitness level and exceptions of the session. Costs are $30-$40* per individual session. 2-4 Additional runners $10-15. *Depends on time/running mileage.
Quickly improve: running form & economy, pacing, starting races smart and finishing strong, uphill & downhill running and race strategies.

I’m currently a coach for the Greensburg YMCA Track & Field USATF club and USATF Cross Country. The difference with me is, I still compete. I’m willing to evolve using the most current methods in Endurance, Strength, Power, Mobility, Balance, Recovery & Nutrition to get the results you want without injury.
