USATF Three Rivers Association Master Championship
June 21, 2015 Adamson Stadium California University of PA. The weather was cloudy warm with a high dew point for the 5000 and was hot and sunny for the 1500.

I ran the 5000 meter and 1500 meter run. Placed first in both and finished 18:51 and 5:04. Neither were PRs but I didn’t need to beat myself up.

Pittsburgh Marathon 5k
Mark ran this morning and rocked a 3rd place overall and a 50 second PR!

Mark running in the lead pack 1/2 mile from the start. Man in the stripped shirt was the winner with a time of 16:12.
Final turn of the race, in second place, Mark was battling the University of Miami senior track runner the last 1/2 mile to the finish. Mark kicks here with less than 100 meters remaining and the other out kicks him and edges Mark at the finish. There times are less then 0.25 seconds apart.
Mark celebrating at the winners tent and at Point State Park.
Tomorrow at 7am 13.1 miles will be ahead of me.
