The most common unlock problems are not using the purchase email, not using Connect Mobile app or a typo. Sometimes the information does not save the first time after a new install or update. Restart your watch and verify if the information is entered correctly.*
Purchase:
Use my website (https://www.fbbbrown.com/garmin-connect-iq/) to activate your annual license. There are 2 options to choose from, that allows you full pick and choose what you want.
Option 1 – PayPal 7.50 All Apps Subscription
Option 2* – Guest checkout by PayPal or Stripe. À la carte license for 1-4 Years.
*Includes PayPal/Stripe fees.
Installation:
If the app is shown to be installed but not visible on watch, restart the watch.
If the app will not install (stuck in queue), restart the watch.
