The plus (+) means the app supports other similar activity types. To access the other activity types can be done in two (2) ways:
1.)In Configuration Settings using Connect App or Express App, the fourth setting is the Activity Type Selection. select and save. the next time you start your activity the selected activity will be chosen.
2.) from the watch, at the start screen (Press Start..) of the app, either long press the up button or touchscreen watches long press the screen. A menu will appear, select the activity, and start the activity.
Select Dance type: Zumba, Pole Dancing, Bollywood Dancing, Nia Dancing, Belly Dancing, Hip-Hop Dance, Masala Bhangra, Ball Room Dancing, Jazzercise, Hula Hoop Club, Tai-Chi, Qi-Gong,Folk, Morris, u-JAM, Hustle, Bachata, Kizomba, Zouk, Lind Hop, Ballet, Tap, Step Fitness, Rock ‘n Roll, Boogie Woogie,Tango or Generic Dancing.

Dance Efficiency (DE) is a value of Distance/Calories. The value indicates your fitness level, higher level indicates better fitness.
Step Distance is based on Garmin Walking Stride Length, Set this value in Connect App or Connect Web User Setting Profile section. In Connect App select, the three dots “…” (Bottom Right) > Settings> User Settings> Custom Stride Length. Adjust “Custom Stride Length” Walking 1 meter is a typical value.
