I have be receiving many questions with apps reverting to Trial MODE “RED BAR”.
This is due to the Garmin Policy to reset the Setting file that holds your email/and unlock information.
If this occurs, just re-enter your email (code if needed) in the App Settings.
To prevent auto-matic updates and unexpected Trail Modes, Turn OFF automatic updates.
How to turn off Auto Updates:
Garmin Connect Mobile – Select the watch in the Top Right, then select “General”, then Unset “Auto Update Apps”.
Garmin Connect App Store – Select the watch Top Right and then Unset, “Auto Update”.
Garmin Express – Select Tools & Content Uncheck, “Auto-Update Apps”.
