At Coopers Lake Campgrounds the home course of University of Slippery Rock Cross Country.
It was a mixed event with 15-16, 17-18, Open and masters.
I was third in the race and was the first masters.
I ran a 19:37 not a great time but I was minutes ahead of the other masters and gave in to the younger runners.http://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/951378352

This course is tricky and need to be careful the first 400 meters, since it’s the largest hill of the race. The hill is partially rerun in the 3rd kilometer but excludes the steepest climb.

The best part of this race I won $50.
